It’s easy to use shopping to fill other holes in our lives, and with the internet comes the ability to shop easily and at a large scale. I made this video to illustrate how sometimes we have to be careful to not let the things we buy crowd us in too much. In short, less is more.
Nearly ten percent of Americans suffer from shopping addiction online, and that number is only rising as buying things online becomes simpler. My message is to avoid too much clutter, and then let yourself flutter by freeing yourself of too many material things.
